Had the pleasure of having Travis do the plumbing work for us on two separate days. He was very knowledgeable and cordial. We’ve used United Plumbing for several projects, and customer service is excellent. Travis is polite and professional- a pleasure to have work in our home. He caulked our new toilet expertly, and it works like a charm. He even exchanged the toilet handle to match my other hardware. Out with the old- in with the new comfort height.

Plumber did a great job replacing a cartridge that broke off inside my shower fixture. They were the only ones that were able to come out on a Sunday, no one else returned my call. My only complaint was that I was charged about 10 times what the part that was replaced would have cost me to buy at Home Depot. I think that was weekend service upcharge. Good repair though and the repairman was very friendly.

My water heater was leaking so I called United Plumbing because they put it in. Marcus, the technician they sent, arrived later in the same day that I called. He found one of the thermostats was loose, probably not tightened properly when the unit was manufactured. He tightened it but said this was no guarantee the leak was fixed. The next morning it was still leaking. I called the United Plumbing office and they suggested I call the manufacturer because the unit was still under warranty. I took their advice and was pleasantly surprised that the manufacturer would provide a replacement unit at no cost. However, I needed to hire a plumber to install the replacement and that would be at my cost. I called United Plumbing back and made arrangements for them to acquire the replacement unit and install it. Again, Marcus was my technician. Marcus was polite, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. The office people at United Plumbing were incredibly helpful. All in all a good experience.

United Plumbing provided excellent service in fixing a plumbing problem in our home. The office staff was responsive in setting an appointment, and the plumber, Jason, arrived on time. Jason was professional and competent, identifying the cause of our problem as a failed expansion tank on the water heater. He replaced the tank and flushed the water heater, resolving the problem. Jason was thorough and pleasant, and he fully explained the work he did. The final bill was quite reasonable, and there was no attempt to sell unnecessary work or otherwise pad the charges. I recommend United Plumbing as a reputable company with excellent customer relations and professional employees.

Very professional Plummer, knowledgeable with his trade very friendly. I am glad United Plumbing was able to do the work and get back to me quickly, many other companies wouldn’t come out or give a quote.

I am very impressed with the quality of work by United Plumbing! Carlos did a great job installing a new hot water heater and updating the faucets in our bathrooms. My friend referred them to me, and she was also pleased with their work!
